Financial Documentation Guidance
The part of the application that most often decides the outcome — and the part most often left too late.
Financial evidence is assessed on two questions: is there enough, and is it genuinely yours. The second question is where applications fail. Funds that appear shortly before lodgement, or that cannot be traced to a documented source such as salary, business income, property sale or an approved loan, weaken a file in every destination we work with.
The rules differ sharply. The UK requires the money held for 28 consecutive days, with the statement ending within 31 days of the application — mistime that window and the application is refused on a technicality regardless of how much money you have. Australia offers an alternative income route requiring documented annual income of AUD 60,000, or AUD 70,000 with family members. Canada sets a figure that IRCC raises each September. Ireland sets no fixed threshold and assesses your circumstances as a whole.
We work through what evidence you have, what it needs to look like, and how far in advance to arrange it. Where a loan is involved we cover what a sanction letter needs to state. Crucially, we never ask you to send financial documents through a web form — they belong in an appointment.
What you get
- A clear picture of how much you need to show and by when
- A plan for demonstrating the source of funds, not just the balance
- Calendar planning for holding-period rules such as the UK's 28 days
- Loan and sponsor documentation prepared to the right standard
What we do not do
We do not guarantee admission, scholarships or visa approval — those decisions belong to institutions and immigration authorities. We do not misrepresent anything on your behalf, and we will never ask you to send passports, bank statements or financial documents through a web form.
