About these terms

These terms cover your use of https://www.matesedu.com. They do not cover any separate service agreement you sign with MATES for application or visa support — that agreement governs the service itself.

The information on this site

We take real care with accuracy. Every changing fact — visa fees, funds thresholds, work-hour limits, processing guidance — carries the organisation it came from and the date we last checked it. Where we could not verify a figure against an official source, we say so and show it as pending rather than publishing a guess.

Even so, immigration rules, institutional requirements and fees change frequently and sometimes without notice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for the official source, and you should confirm anything you are about to rely on — particularly before you pay money or book travel.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee admission to any institution.
• We do not guarantee any scholarship or fee reduction.
• We do not guarantee a visa. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authority.
• We do not guarantee processing times. Published times are guidance and change.
• We do not guarantee employment, post-study work eligibility or permanent residency in any country.

Anyone who guarantees you a visa outcome is telling you something they cannot know. That includes us.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information, including any previous visa refusal from any country.
• Check the official sources we link to before making decisions or payments.
• Meet the deadlines and conditions set by institutions and immigration authorities.
• Pay tuition only into an institution's own verified account, never to a third party.

Misrepresentation in an application is the applicant's responsibility and carries serious consequences, including multi-year bans in some destinations. We will not assist with it.

Third-party links

We link to government immigration sites, official test providers and institutions. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, though we choose them precisely because they are the authoritative source.

Our content

The written guides, design and code of this site belong to MATES. You are welcome to read, print and share them for your own study planning. Republishing them commercially is not permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this site.
